OMG!! Every time I don't listen to it i miss it and when i got it i know every freaking line and the track listing all the way to the end and backwards I love it and I just became infatuated with his show ROAD TO REDEMPTION. I saw this one episode with a little 15 year old boy. I forgot his name sadly, but it was such a touching show..and my fave part of the show was actually like the first scene when he rolled up on the boy and hes like in his whole mc mode and speeding through the interview like he a pro and like he noticed somebody walked into the room but he nonchalantly looks them over like ooo its my mom or something and than he double looks nah he triple looks lol and hes like oooooooooo wooo and he is in like the star struck mode!! omg its priceless..and to see a thug cry is always priceless..and to hear a child say they gon be the 1st ones in they family to go to college is more priceless..and for a celebrity to give a fuck about their hood is even more priceless..like serious tell me what star you seen in yo hood just giving back because they heart is deep and not because they fame running out? i mean thats a good look to start off a jail sentence...but speaking on that tip, i didn't even know he was really going to take his sentence i thought he off the hook lol but awwe poor baby..we will miss you in the real world but remember listen to your songs and this album and you will get through :)

Heath Ledger's family's acceptance speech brought tears to everyone's eyes during Sunday night's Oscar telecast.

Backstage, the slightly overwhelmed family talked about their late son's Joker role, the details of the Oscar going to Heath's daughter, Matilda, and his final final role, in Terry Gilliam's next film.

His sister Kate Ledger was asked to elaborate on Heath's sense that this role was going to be important.

"When he came home for Christmas a year ago, he had been sending me shots and bits and pieces from the film," his sister said. "And he hadn't seen it, I hadn't seen it. No one had really seen it, but he knew. And I said to him, 'I have a feeling this is it for you. You're going to get a nomination for this. You know, for the Academy.' And he just looked at me and smiled. So he knew."

On taking the Oscar statuette home to Australia or handing it off Matilda, Kate said, "Obviously, it belongs to Matilda, so whatever has to happen. In the meantime, we don't know — or we haven't discussed it — because we're not too sure at this stage. But I'm sure it will just go somewhere secure in the meantime. And obviously, it will end up with Matilda.”

Heath's dad, Kim Ledger, added, "We intend, obviously, to keep it for Matilda. Whichever is the best way to keep it. With the Oscar, you're all aware what they do in this special circumstance for somebody when somebody passes away, then the next of kin, in this case Matilda, will be the recipient. But she can't sign for it until she's 18, so it stays in trust here or in Australia. We'll work that out, but possibly in trust here until Matilda turns 18."

How much is Matilda aware of about all the Oscar fuss about her father?
Kim Ledger says, "Well, firstly, I think Michelle keeps Matilda closeted in a nice way. I [don't] think she really knows very much about the fuss of what's going on, which I think is a good thing. And Michelle will make the decisions here when it's appropriate to celebrate this kind of thing. You know, she'll be an age when she can celebrate it, and Michelle will make that decision, I'm sure.

"Not just yet, because we've just come here," says Kate. "But we're very close with Michelle. She's doing an amazing job with Matilda, and we speak all the time so we're in constant contact and always will be."

So today was the PERFECTIST day for mee to go to Barnes & Noble!!! Yayy I had 25.18 still left from like 2 or 3 christmas ago, and I finally found it! And I'm soo glad money NEVER expires lol :).. So me and my NERDY urban outfitter glasses and Gap hoodie took a trip to my 2nd Home..

I of course went to a lot of sections (I never know what I want, I just want)..I went down Philosophy, since I have been trying to better myself and my health, and also beliefs..I skimmed through a couple of my new fave past time (Buddhism) books but I didn't actually want to be a grown lady this time around! I miss reading about stuff I love not being in school 24/7 so I passed it up this go round..

I ended up at the customer service desk where this cute corny guy helped me and I asked about the Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen books luckily there was ONE left and yayy it was ASHLEY! The one I planned on getting!

I actually wasn't intending on EVER getting it but I flipped through some pages and fell in love...the photography is magnificent! And that's what caught my eye, to be HONEST! I know maybe I should have read it a bit...but I didn't I'm a artsy kind of girl and trust Ashley have always been GREAT at what she does..I have heard that its like an interview book and that's even better!! I can know why these models and designers and how its made her who she is...cause she is 1 of the 3 women I call icons (Britney spears, Rihanna).

Soo kiddos I have a new book :) yayy! I am going to be posting the most interesting things I've learned or came across :)

Earlier today, the Los Angeles district attorney asked police detectives to dig up more evidence for their case against Chris Brown.

The police are getting cooperation from Rihanna, and what she has told them so far is chilling.
A source close to the investigation tells E! News exclusively that Rihanna has alleged to police that Brown choked her while threatening to kill her and, subsequently, she lost consciousness.
They began squabbling after leaving Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party late Saturday. Shortly after midnight, things blew up. Brown pulled his silver Lamborghini to the side of a street in L.A.’s Hancock Park neighborhood. That’s when, per the source, Rihanna grabbed the car keys and tossed them out the window, sending Brown into a rage.

He tried in vain to find the keys, then came back to the car, put his hands around her neck and, according to the insider, said, “I’m going to kill you!”

According to the source, the 20-year-old “Disturbia” singer told police that she lost consciousness, and when she awoke, Brown had fled.

According to the source, her right eye was blackened and badly swollen and she had hand prints on her arms. The responding officers were so concerned about her, they drove Rihanna to the hospital in their squad car instead of waiting for an ambulance.

Local radio station WAKS FM/ 96.5 has removed all music by pop star Chris Brown – currently under police investigation for allegedly attacking his girlfriend, 20-year-old singer Rihanna — from its on-air playlist until further notice.

Brown, 19, was arrested Sunday night in Los Angeles and booked on suspicion of making criminal threats. He was released after posting $50,000 bail.
Rihanna reportedly suffered visible injuries in the alleged physical confrontation in a car early Sunday morning. She is cooperating with police building a domestic violence case against Brown, according to press reports.

“After the alleged incident the phones exploded,” Java Joel, evening host at “KISS FM” WAKS, said in a press release issued by Clear Channel. WAKS is owned by Clear Channel. “It’s all that people wanted to talk about. They were outraged at this alleged behavior and wondered why we were continuing to support his music. I agreed and immediately pulled all Chris Brown songs from my show until this thing shakes out in the legal system.”

KISS program director Bo Matthews said he decided to take Brown’s music off the station entirely. “It appears that Chris has made some poor choices, we are following the lead of our listeners, and we will not be supporting Chris Brown on 96.5 Kiss FM in Cleveland until the alleged situation gets resolved,” Matthews said.

This isn’t the only fallout from Brown’s legal troubles. The makers of Doublemint gum have stopped airing a television commercial featuring the singer.

His world may be in upheaval, but Chris Brown is holed up in a Hollywood hotel, keeping quiet.
While information continues to trickle out about what was apparently an ugly dispute between the R&B star and his girlfriend, Rihanna, one of his major sponsors, gum maker Wrigley, is distancing itself from the 19-year-old "Forever" singer.

According to a source close to the investigation, Rihanna made the 911 call to police after Brown "fled on foot" from the scene following the attack. Two officers from the LAPD Wilshire Division found Rihanna in Brown's rented silver Lamborghini "beaten really badly and hysterical."
Brown had taken the keys to the car with him and Rihanna was basically left on the side of the road with the car.

"Rihanna didn't want anyone to touch her, she was in so much pain," the source says.
Rihanna, whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, had visible bruising and scrapes on her face and what appeared to be bite marks on her body. Officers took her to the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment.

A member of Rihanna's inner circle tells E! News her family is making plans to get her out of L.A.: "They want to get her back to Barbados. They want to keep her away from Chris right now."

Although the Los Angeles Police Department issued a statement Sunday night saying Brown had been arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats and could face additional charges now that the case had been forwarded to the district attorney, prosecutors tell E! News that the announcement was premature and the investigation is ongoing.

"LAPD are telling some reporters that we received the evidence but we have not received anything yet," says Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the county district attorney. "Normally it would come in today, maybe this afternoon, but no, they haven't presented it and I don't know when they will."

Robison says the probe is still continuing—unusual for such cases—as detectives want to make sure they do a thorough job, given that a celebrity is involved.

Brown's camp, including newly hired criminal attorney Mark Geragos (who has represented the likes of Michael Jackson and Winona Ryder), has remained mum on the incident.
Meanwhile, LAPD spokeswoman April Harding is shooting down a TMZ report from earlier today (which has since been corrected) that claimed Brown used "a deadly weapon" during his alleged attack.

"There is absolutely no truth to that story. If it had been a deadly weapon involved, he would have been charged with a deadly weapons charge," says Harding.

Citing department policy for domestic violence cases, Harding declined to release the name of the victim. Multiple sources have confirmed to E! News that it indeed is Rihanna, the 20-year-old songstress Brown has been dating for over a year.

Brown and Rihanna apparently got into a nasty fight around 12:30 a.m. Sunday while heading home from Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy party, which they had cheerily attended.

About six hours after the incident, Brown surrendered and was booked on suspicion of making criminal threats, a count that carries a maximum penalty of four years, and was released from jail on $50,000 bail. The Lamborghini remains impounded. As for Brown, he is still scheduled to participate in the NBA's All-Star festivities in Phoenix on Feb. 15, including playing in a celebrity game two days prior.

Sources at Rihanna's Def Jam Records label have suggested that she may scrap an upcoming Asian tour. The performer is set to play a concert this Friday at Stadium Putra in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. However, in order to keep that date, she'd have to leave Los Angeles no later than Wednesday.

Her publicist has refused to comment on the situation other than to point to Sunday's statement claiming the "Disturbia" diva was doing "well" and thanking fans for their "concern and support."

Finally, in the wake of the allegations, Wrigley has suspended advertisements for Doublemint gum featuring Chris Brown until the case has been resolved. One of the commercials ran during last night's Grammy Awards, for which Brown and Rihanna both sat out.
